About
Overview
Still Sabbath is a brand and digital experience I created as a passion project. It exists to educate young adults about the history of the Sabbath, its importance both spiritually and practically, and what it looks like to live out the sabbath, so that they can establish rhythms of Sabbath and rest in their daily lives.
Problem
We live in a fast-paced world, consumed by distractions and the relentless pursuit
of success. We’re always busy, always running—never slowing down, never resting, and never creating space to just breathe. We grind and rely on ourselves, thinking we
need to do everything—ignoring God’s invitation to trust Him to provide and be enough.
Solution
God created us to rest and trust in Him, and gave mankind the gift of the sabbath—a day to rest, be in community with Him and others, be reminded of His faithfulness
and provision, and trust in Him. He now invites us into a lifestyle of Sabbath, where
we can continually rely on Him to be our provider and sustainer.
Idea
An interactive web experience designed and curated to take people on a journey of discovering what the Sabbath is, its story in mankind’s history, and how one can live
a Sabbath lifestyle today.
Target Audience
Individuals ages 18-35 who have a vague concept of what the Sabbath is, but want to learn more and are curious about the role that it could play in their lives.
Check it out at stillsabbath.com, or on Instagram.

"What I think the Sabbath does is remind you that you are insufficient and desperate for God’s love. Weeks get busy and we begin to crave rest, which God put in our beings so that we come to Him. However, we cannot do that unless we spend time alone with him, without rushing. Which doesn’t always happen, but is always a blessing when it does. The Sabbath event was a good reminder of the truths of the Gospel, and a way to specifically set aside time to spend with God in prayer. After this time, we got together to share how God is working in our hearts, shared a meal together, and played a fun game. Which was awesome! I would totally do it again."

Still Sabbath was a wonderful reset for me as I often become apathetic to the authentic experience of true rest in Sabbath. I was reminded of God’s absolute Sovereignty and that I get to delight in extended time in God’s presence. I was able to admit my weaknesses on my own but full sufficiency with Christ. By taking pause away from devices and distractions I was able to hear God’s strong gentle voice more clearly and see that He’s already working within me even when I don’t yet perceive it.
